Very central location, outstanding restaurant - IMPECCABLE service. It was an extremely beautiful hotel in a lively area. We had a club king room with an amazing view. The staff was quick to help when needed. Lobby had a bar. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

My stay was amazing, I liked that it was clean throughout, with particularly nice views and unbeatable lovation close to the beach, international shops, the shopping place. Beds and pillows in my family room were very comfy. The staff was brilliant, the buffet breakfast was gorgeous.

tranquil location, outstanding personnel and perfect breakfast. i asked for a deluxe king room and the one i was given was big size and luxurious. i loved that comfy bed.

Beds were soft and the breakfast was outstanding. My deluxe queen room was attractive, gorgeous. I only stayed 7 nights, but the hotel staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. I went to a great restaurant and really enjoyed the local dishes. The service was nice too...

Would recommend to couples. The property is very clean, has second to none drinks and rooms. It was very close to Nusa Dua. There is a well maintained garden.

Facilities and location, all was GREAT. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Poolside bar in the hotel. Modern place, you know.

Magnificent location with views of the garden, helpful staff. Food was FABULOUS and great. Liked that an individual safe, an electronic key card and a study table were included.

Best resort experience. Nice location and affordable prices. We enjoyed the room, it was very big. Maguro Asian Bistro, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Choosing for lunch Seasonal Tastes, which is situated 400 metres away was a good idea. Our experience was amazing. We were right by some popular places like museum pasifika. BTDC neighbourhood is worth looking into.

steps away from pasifika museum. chess beachfront bar is within a walking distance of the hotel. we greatly enjoyed superb breakfast, offered by the venue.
